Concorde Yachts delivered Latitude, one of the most opulent 40-meter sailing yachts ever built, to her original owner in 1991. The 31.7-meter sailing yacht Elton has an impressive history, having been built by Windship Trident and delivered to her first owner in 1992. This unique gulet monohull was exquisitely refurbished in 2021, having been designed by famous naval architect Bill Tripp with interior decor by Donald Starkey. She is well-known for her large aft deck, which is furnished with comfortable seating and an al fresco dining space. Guests can jump right into the refreshing waters thanks to her swim platform and staircase. This yacht is perfect for a Mediterranean cruise because of her spacious and comfortable exterior living areas. Elton provides the highest standard of luxury sailing for up to eight people in her four cabins, all of which feature double beds and private bathrooms. The yacht’s beautiful master bedroom is the icing on the cake.

Güllük Shipyard, Captain Cook, 30.4″ m (1993), 1,300,000 EUR

Captain Cook (formerly Miss Austria) is a classic sailing yacht that was custom-built for an Austrian businessman. She was built in the Güllük shipyard in Bodrum, Turkey, and delivered in 1993. In 2020, she got a rigorous full refit in Italy, during which time 90% of the wood was replaced and new technology was installed. Captain Cook’s exterior and interior design, which together span 30.4 metres, are a testament to her ageless beauty and skill. Her main saloon features two distinct gathering spaces, each with generous headroom of more than 240 centimetres. She has three luxurious double cabins, each with its own marble-clad bathroom, and can sleep up to six passengers, making her ideal for extended trips at sea. Her quarters, like the main salon, are decorated with luxurious dark wood and bamboo wall panelling to evoke a British Colonial ambiance.
