BLADE STAFF

Sylvania United Church of Christ, 7240 Erie St., is hosting a Vacation Bible School for pre-schoolers to benefit the local Habitat for Humanity chapter on July 23, 24, 28, and 29.

The program encourages building a Christian community.

Children will construct fleece-tie quilts, stepping stones, wooden tool boxes, and wooden coat holders to be given to families moving into Maumee Valley Habitat homes.

Registration is open until July 13, and the form is available at sylvaniaucc.org/vbs or contact Sharon McCord at 419-882-0048.
