Hancock visitors bureau gets interim director

FINDLAY — The Findlay-Hancock County Alliance has named Rachael Rahrig, the organization’s public relations coordinator, as interim director of the Hancock County Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Her annual salary has not yet been set, Ms. Rahrig, 27, said. She officially started Monday, with the length of her term to be decided.

Ms. Rahrig has worked with the Alliance since 2009. She holds a bachelor degree of arts in public relations and organizational communication from Otterbein College, from which she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She is also a 2011 graduate of the Hancock Leadership Program.

A division of the Findlay-Hancock County Alliance, the Hancock County Convention & Visitors Bureau is a destination marketing agency for Hancock County and the city of Findlay.
