Sylvania residents Rickey and Brenda Thomas have opened a personal training studio in downtown Sylvania.
T&T XTreme Health and Fitness is located in the Thormont Building at 6616 Monroe Street next to the new ACE Hardware.
Rickey and Brenda Thomas are certified personal trainers who have been training clients in the Toledo area for several years. "We knew if we opened our own facility, we could provide a very private, comfortable setting for our clients and give them the individual attention they deserve. We have made our prices affordable and fair. A client should not have to go broke when hiring a personal trainer"
T&T also offers Boot Camps and is one of the only area Boot Camp instructed by an actual military drill instructor. Rickey Thomas is a retired Army First Sergeant. He served 24 years acitve duty and is now a JROTC instructor and drill team coach at Springfield High School.
