Sylvania Schools to host kindergarten information nights

SYLVANIA SCHOOLS

Each of the seven elementary schools in the Sylvania School District will host information meetings this month for parents of children starting kindergarten in the fall of 2013.

The schools will provide information about the curriculum and registration materials. Parents will be able to meet teachers and the principal, tour the school, and learn about community resources.

Here's a list of the kindergarten parent nights, all at 7 p.m::

Tuesday: Maplewood Elementary 6759 Maplewood Dr.

Jan. 23: Sylvan Elementary 4830 Wickford Dr.
Jan. 24: Whiteford Elementary 4708 Whiteford Rd.
Jan. 28: Stranahan Elementary 3840 Holland Sylvania Rd.
Jan. 29: Hill View Elementary 5424 Whiteford Rd.
Jan. 30: Highland Elementary 7720 Erie St.
Feb. 5: Central Trail Elementary 4321 Mitchaw Rd.
