Curiosity has dug into bedrock, captured photos and videos, and researched whether the Martian environment could have been favorable for life.
This fall, Lourdes invites audiences of all ages to continue the exploration of Mars at the Appold Planetarium.
Narrated by award-winning actress Miriam Margoyles, Mars takes viewers on an exciting trip to the red planet — deep into canyons where water once flowed, high above volcanoes, and turning around polar ice caps.
Showing will be at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 22, and Saturday, Sept. 29.
Admission is $5 for adults and $4 for children under 12 and for Lourdes students presenting their student ID. Shows at the Appold Planetarium are limited to 50 and often sell out.
