A make over could be in the future for the city of Sylvania's Web site.

City council members concurred at this week's meeting that the Web site could use an update and decided to research the make-over project.

“The Web site will be made more compatible with mobile sites as well as computers,” said Councilman Mark Luetke.

He proposed that the city consider upgrading the Web site so that it does not become obsolete and would be compatible with current communication gadgets, such as iPads and smart phones.

Council voted to consider the upgrade.. Mr. Luetke proposed that if the project moves forward that the cost, estimated at $70,000 to $125,000, be spread over several budget cycles.
