“The Sylvania Franciscan Village is founded on strong community relationships and our belief that working together we can accomplish so much more,” said Sr. Janet Doyle, OP, village administrator. “We chose to collect hygiene items because these are necessities for every household. Most importantly, those low-income families who depend on the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) are unable to purchase these necessary but non-food items through the program.”
The Sylvania Franciscan Village is comprised of Lourdes University, the Sisters of St. Francis of Sylvania and Sylvania Franciscan Health.
