Sylvania restaurant inspections: 8-6

Recently released inspection reports of Sylvania food-service operations.

Violations:

Pizza Hut, 7623 Sylvania, Sylvania, inspected July 18. Quaternary ammonia sanitizer dispensing from three-bay sink at 400 ppm. To effectively sanitize, and avoid chemical contamination, quaternary ammonia must be used at 200 ppm or in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. Contact chemical company to adjust dispenser. Inspector: Paul Bauman.
