Sylvania council schedules 3 special meetings

Three special Sylvania City Council meetings are to take place back to back Tuesday.

In council chambers, 6635 Maplewood Avenue, members will meet at 7:30 a.m. as part of the zoning and annexation committee, and members are to address the issue of facade lighting.

At 8:15 a.m., members are to discuss the vacant director of finance position. The last meeting at 8:30 a.m., a committee-of-the-whole session, is to focus on environmental issues, including the parks and forestry department's budget.
