Kroger at Monroe and Harroun now renovated, has grand re-opening Wednesday

Grand re-opening celebrations is set for 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Kroger stores at 6235 Monroe St. at Harroun Road in Sylvania and at 4925 Jackman Rd. in Toledo.

The stores recently underwent major renovations. Planned events for the day include face painting, balloon artists, sampling, and prize contest to win 10 store gift cards each worth $100

The 71,184 square foot Sylvania store now has an expanded wine section and a new wine tasting counter, new wooden floors in the produce department, a floral department at the front of the store, an expanded Nature’s Market department with natural foods, and six new U-scans have been installed.
