Rockers play in Sylvania Friday

Local rock group Up For Grabs brings its mix of rock, southern blues, and pop to the Centennial Terrace Friday. The band performs songs by artists such as Santana, the Allman Brothers Band, The Beatles, Joe Cocker, and Rare Earth, as well as a few original tunes.

Centennial Terrace is at 5773 Centennial Rd., in Sylvania. Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show is from 8 p.m. to midnight. The band was formed 25 years ago and after numerous lineups has returned to its original five members: Steve Mizer, Joe Ziegler, Jeff McClung, Luke Vossen, and Jim Mack.
