The 'candy buy-back’ was at Schmakel Smile Design in Sylvania Township on Monday.

Schmakel Smile Design said it would pay $1 for every pound of Halloween candy that parents and children brought in to the office, and the candy would be shipped out to U.S. troops overseas.
